I was asked to submit a deisign to Pop! Brixton, to be painted on the street facing containers of the pop up village in early summer 2015. It was another fantastic weekend spent alongside Jane Mutiny; we also had the pleasure of meeting some other amazing artists including Elno, Azarra Amoy, Giusi Tomasello, Decolife and THE5683.

There was a bustling and exciting atmosphere when we began- mostly because the site was still under construction and due to open in the following few days. A "countdown to opening" buzz filled the air, and everyone worked through some pretty intense rain showers! The chivalrous builders on site helped build temporary shelters for Jane and I to paint through the storm and we got some delicious free meals & smoothies!

Pop! Brixton is a temporary pop up village, due to last around 2 years until it has to make way for other construction plans in the area. It's well worth a visit on a nice day, with lots of cool artwork to see, great food, music and atmosphere.
